Departing from Venice on a comfortable Ryanair direct flight, in only a couple of hours we found ourselves immersed in the magical atmosphere of this <strong>Polish<\/strong> city, a real hidden gem in the heart of<strong>Europe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"penci-section penci-disSticky penci-structure-10 elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-4af08e07 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"4af08e07\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"penci-ercol-100 penci-ercol-order-1 penci-sticky-ct    elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-fac27f4\" data-id=\"fac27f4\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-15ac621 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"15ac621\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">Once you land in <strong>Wroc\u0142aw<\/strong>, to <strong>get to<\/strong> the city <strong>center<\/strong> you will simply exit the airport (very small so you will have no problems) and on your right you will see a small bus <strong>stop\/station<\/strong> that will take you to the city center in about half an hour! You can safely board the bus and make your ticket with the contact less terminal on board, which is very convenient, fast and cheap.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">We arrived in the evening, so once we got downtown we found ourselves immersed in a truly fairy-tale landscape! Snow-covered roads and<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">  <\/span>lit by a thousand lights, truly beautiful Christmas decorations, and the sweet smell of cinnamon and spices wafted from the Christmas markets! Being late we immediately headed to a restaurant for dinner, I&#8217;ll leave the link here because we really had a great meal: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dimsumgarden.pl\/\">DIM SUM GARDEN<\/a>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1161879 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1161879\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">Finished dinner, given the temperatures (we were below freezing and you know how much I love the cold) we headed back to the hotel and went to bed early so we could start the next day nice and fresh in the early morning! \ud83d\ude42 <strong>I recommend<\/strong> that you choose a <strong>hotel\/apartment<\/strong> that is fairly <strong>central<\/strong> as, although the city is well served by public transportation, temperatures are quite cold in the winter time and we often went back to the hotel to warm up a bit during the day! It is the perfect place to savor the atmosphere of the city, especially during the <strong>Christmas<\/strong> <strong>markets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>St. Elizabeth&#8217;s Church<\/b>: One of the oldest and most impressive churches in Wroclaw, located near <strong>the<\/strong> <strong>Market<\/strong> <strong>Square<\/strong>. Stroll through the cobblestone streets for a unique experience, especially at sunset when the gas lanterns are <strong>lit<\/strong> by <strong>hand<\/strong>.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Wroclaw&#8217;s Latarnik<\/b>: A charming tradition that lives on in the streets of Wroclaw is that of the <strong>Latarnik<\/strong>. Every evening at dusk, this <strong>historical<\/strong> figure, dressed in traditional clothing, walks the streets of Cathedral Island, manually lighting the gas lanterns that illuminate the streets. A ritual, which<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">  <\/span>adds a touch of magic to the city&#8217;s already evocative atmosphere.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Panorama of Rac\u0142awice<\/strong>: An incredible circular artwork depicting the Battle of <strong>Rac\u0142awice<\/strong>. At a cost of <strong>4 euros<\/strong> per person you can visit the 3 rooms inside (there would also have been a visit to the tower but at the time of our visit it was closed for restoration work).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Hala Targowa Market<\/strong>: A great place for those who want to explore <strong>local<\/strong> <strong>flavors<\/strong> and <strong>handicrafts<\/strong>. This historic market offers a wide range of traditional Polish products.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Centennial Hall (Hala Stulecia)<\/strong>: A<strong>UNESCO<\/strong> World Heritage Site, this modernist building is a masterpiece of 20th-century architecture and hosts events, concerts and fairs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Gnomes of Wroclaw<\/strong>: A fun treasure hunt to find the small <strong>gnome<\/strong> statues scattered around the city, each with its own <strong>story<\/strong> and <strong>meaning<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Neon <b>Quarter (Neon Side)<\/b>: This quarter offers a unique experience, combining history, art, and urban culture. Strolling through the streets, one can admire a fascinating <strong>collection<\/strong> of <strong>neon<\/strong> <strong>signs<\/strong> that illuminate the area in bright colors, creating a unique atmosphere. It is a perfect place for photography lovers and those looking for a different and artistic corner of the city.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Galeria Dominika\u0144ska<\/b>: This <strong>centrally<\/strong> <strong>located<\/strong> shopping center offers a wide variety of stores, from international brands to local crafts, making it the ideal place for an afternoon of shopping or simply to <strong>shelter<\/strong> from the cold of the winter months.
